Olive Garden at Home!

I always try and come up with new things to make for dinner, which doesn't happen often cause I swear my brain barely works these days. Anyhoo, I have been thinking about Olive Garden's Minestrone soup and so I decided to make it. I found a recipe for it on RecipeZaar.com, which I love. You can find anything on there! The soup turned out great! It tasted pretty close to the actual thing. We ate it with salad, with Olive Garden dressing, and garlic breadsticks. It was a lovely meal, if I do say so myself. And of course I had to take a picture. I am strangely proud of some of my dinners.
