Discoveries

I discovered a bunch of interesting things this weekend. First, to not let Jacob take naps anymore (he gets way too hyper!)

Second, that I look better with bangs than I thought I would.

And lastly, You're never too old or too manly to play with barbies.

Happy Fall!

I have decided that it is now officially fall. Not only is it cooler (in the 80's, woo hoo!) but it just has that magical fall feeling. And, in celebration of that fact, I am trying to figure out something new to do with my hair. I am getting it done on Friday (by the lovely and talented Jenn, of course) and I need suggestions on what to do. Maybe darker? Any ideas?

The Late Night Visitor

We were in Tucson this past weekend for labor day. We got home last night at around ten o'clock and were unloading our things when I see this bug fly into the car through the open door. I thought it was a moth which wouldn't be that big of deal. However, it wasn't a moth, it was a cockroach! Yuck! I am definitely not a bug person and cockroaches are the grossest of the gross so I freaked out a little bit. Jacob and I spent like a half an hour trying to get it out of the car. He even put his headlight on to try and find it but no such luck. I am hoping it jumped out the door when we were trying to hit it and not that it has decided to start living in my car.

Orange or not?

We just started offering this spray tan stuff at work and today I got to be the guinea pig for the girl who the massage therapist is training to do it. As you all know, I am not normally a tan person. I think it turned out pretty good. What do you think?

Two Months!

Today is our two month anniversary. I know everyone out there who has been married for years is laughing at me when I say that I am really excited about that but oh well. So far so good. Being married is fun!

Poor Ace!

Poor little Ace got stung by a wasp today! I somewhat overreacted and was so worried about him. I know that sounds silly but I have no actual children so he's the closest thing I have! Don't worry though, he's going to be just fine. :)
