All of last week we went to San Diego with my parents for vacation. We had a really great trip! We went to Sea World, Disneyland, the Midway, and a bunch of other stuff. Disneyland was fun even though Peter Pan and Indiana Jones were broken. :( I even went on Thunder Mountain Railroad. For those of you who don't know, I am scared of roller coasters so this was a big step for me. My family and Jakey somehow badgered me into it. The Midway was really cool too! It almost made me want to join the navy. Almost. It was definitely a little claustrophobic down below. They made the ceilings pretty low because people were shorter when they built it. Overall, it was a great trip! Except for on our way home when my tire blew out! Good thing I am a fabulous driver and realized in time to pull over. :) Next vacation destination: Hawaii! (but that's just wishful thinking)

It sounds like it was a wonderful trip! We loved the Midway when we went - especially when you are standing on the deck of the ship and you hear jets flying overhead and after you look up you realize you're only listening to it on the headphones!
ok i am scared of roller coasters too but not at disneyland! it is seriously the happiest place on earth and nothing is scary there. (but i wont go to magic mountain)
i am dealthy afraid of roller coasters too! im happy to know if theres a family vacation i will have carol and lauren to wait on the bench with me :-) hehe.
